Dior Addict lipsticks come in a huge range of colors, but I just picked colors that are neutral and nude that feel appealing to me. Big reds and purples are loud colors that aren't really my cup of tea :P
I also owned an older version of the Dior Addict lipstick, which comes in a deep blue casing and a gold "knob"... and I think the old packaging seems to appeal more to mature customers. The new packaging seems young and sleek, slightly longer than the old tubing with a sliver and iridescent casing, and of course it appeals to me!

As promised, 214 Tulle is a very nude light beige color, which is what I am looking for. This nude color is very similar to the Canmake Melty Nude Lips that I reviewed a while ago. The major difference is of course the pricing!! Dior's $28 versus Canmake's $15... However there is a big difference in terms of moisture locking and lasting power. Dior Addict lipstick definitely wins in this category. I guess this saying remains true: "You get what you paid for!"
Which Dior Addict lipstick do you own?

Surprisingly, I have not owned any Dior lipstick. I gonna get one now:p
Try those colors in store first.... some colors that look pretty looks awful on me actually!
I tried the big red color one at the sephora store and I scared my hubby!!! haha!
LOL.. Red is definitely out for me! Which Dior colour is nice to have?
Before I decided on this one, I tried out almost everything they have on display in sephora, and in front of my hubby. I don't mind what I wear but he is my main audience. Colors too pink or orange doesn't work for me, red is definitely out... so a nuder lighter beige is good for me. Actually 422 Tokyo is not bad too! But since they are very similar so I just returned 422 Tokyo...
hmm.. I normally choose more rosy colours due to my pigmented lips. I should get the nude beige, thank^^
rosy works on me too. I think our skin colors are so alike that what i pick will work for you and vice versa...
and yes, I remembered you send Fuz a rose colored Clarin's lipstick... I did my homework!!!!
Do you know why I like lighter color lipsticks? My mom and her generation wear darker colored lipsticks... and everytime when we go out for dinner, her lipstick is already being digested with her meal... haha, my logic is with paler lipsticks it's more young looking and less obvious after a meal.
you should consider the dior lio glow color reviver balm. That's good too!
HAHA...thanks CF! Ya I know, sadly, my lips are really pigmented, I tried nude colours before and just look so 'awful':(
I will check out soon:)
Have you ever try a lip concealer prior to applying light colors? Canmake has a lip concealer (moist in type) that is a good base for your lips. You can consider that :P
