Bobbi Brown Extra Repair Foundation SPF 25

Yes, we went to the outlets again, and I did some damages to my wallet. At the Cosmetic Store Company, I hauled a few items for myself and also for my friends. This Bobbi Brown extra repair foundation caught my attention as I sampled it at the back of my hand.

At $38.50, it's not ridiculously cheap, but comparing to a hefty $55 at Neiman Marcus department store, $38.50 for 30 ml of product seems very reasonable!

Though the description of this product said this is for dry or very dry skin, and while I have combination skin, I experience dryness during times I have allergies.

This product is a thick cream with a lovely scent to it (actually I found out later from the ingredients list that this nice scent comes from natural fragrance oils like primrose, rosemary, etc...) I am really loving this scent!

The color I picked is in 2 Sand. Swatching it at the back of my hand:

Spreading it outwards, it seems a little light at this point:

Fully blended into my skin, the repair foundation matches the color of my skintone pretty well. 

And a little bit of this repair foundation goes a long way. So the 30ml jar will last a long time!

VISEE Glam Shade Eyes BL-8 swatches

Earlier in Spring, I have hauled another Visee eyeshadow quint in the same series GY-6. Here's my review on GY-6.

My friend Momo-chan from Nara helped me hauled this Visee palette in BL-8. At first I was unsure how blue eyeshadows will look on me, but I think once in a while I should get out of my brown eyes routine, so this time I give this BL-8 a try.

Visee eyeshadows retails at 1800yen a piece. But according to Momo-chan, Visee generally has a 20% off in her local drugstore "Segami"

When I have the palette on hand, it's quite a gorgeous blue, not like a cheap hooker kind of blues that you will see in movies...

The more I look at it, the more I like this blue jeans kind of blue:

I am glad I get this palette from Momo-chan. It's nice to change to blues once in while out of my usual brown eyes make up.

Caudalie Vinexpert Anti-Ageing Serum Eyes and Lips

I admit I buy most of skincare products that is "Fuz-approved." And this eye serum by Caudalie is one of them. However, this doesn't come cheap, with a hefty price tag of $70 for 15ml or 0.5fl. oz. Luckily there are always 20% off discounts on online retailers such as beauty.com, spalook.com or skinstore.com

Eversince I made a shocking discovery of a fine line under my eye, I have been trying on a lot of different things. While I know there is no way of completely erasing this fine line, I am hoping this fine line will develop into a wrinkle if I fail to address this issue.

These other methods, including eye masks and changing of different eye creams, sometimes work and sometimes just doesn't. I am curious to see if this Caudalie eye serum will help in improving the look of the fine line for me.
